Where we coach in Surrey
Surrey has more private tennis courts than anywhere else in the country, and most of them are quiet all week. Boof Tennis exists for exactly that court. Nick comes to you, usually for a half day so the whole family plays, and the court you already own becomes the best club you never had to join.
St George's Hill and Weybridge
Estate homes with their own courts. Nick coaches families here on a regular weekly slot; ask about a half-day visit.
Oxshott and Cobham
Home courts off the A244 and around the Crown Estate. Twenty five minutes from Nick's London base.
Esher and Claygate
Garden courts and residents' courts. Individual lessons, or the whole household back to back.
The Surrey Hills
Dorking, Guildford and the villages between. Further out, so lessons are booked in blocks; say where you are and Nick will confirm what is possible.
In London: South Park, Fulham
If you are in town, Nick's home base has seven floodlit LTA courts and no membership. Read about South Park.
Lessons on your court
The family half day
Two or three hours on your court: the children first, then the adults, then a doubles game with everyone. One visit, one price, and no driving anywhere.
One to one
An hour, your pace, your goals. Nick brings the balls, a spare racket, and a plan that starts from how you actually play.
Kids at home
Individual lessons from age five, or up to four friends on the same court. Hand eye coordination first, technique when they are ready, fun throughout.
How booking works
1. Pick a time
Choose from the free slots on the booking page and say which court you have, or that you need one. About a minute, no account.
2. Nick confirms
He confirms by email, usually the same day. For Surrey he confirms the day and any travel time with you directly. Nothing is charged until then.
3. Play
He arrives at your court with everything. Bring a racket if you have one; if not, say so.

- Do you really come out to Surrey?
- Yes. Boof Tennis has coached on home courts in St George's Hill, Oxshott, Cobham and Esher for years. Say where you are when you book and Nick confirms the day and travel with you.
- Is there a travel charge?
- Longer trips are usually booked as a half day so the travel is shared across the household. Nick will tell you exactly what a visit costs before anything is confirmed.
- Can you coach the whole family?
- That is the usual shape of a Surrey visit: children first, adults after, and a game at the end. Up to four children can share an hour.
- We do not have a court. Can you still help?
- If you are in London, yes, at South Park in Fulham. In Surrey, Nick coaches on private courts only, so a court at home, at a friend's, or at your club is needed.
- Do you do padel?
- Yes. Coach Boof is Padel MBA qualified. If you have a padel court at home or at your club, say so when you book.
