Tennis lessons in Knightsbridge, on your garden square
Private coaching on the residents' courts of Cadogan Place and Cadogan Square, and on any court you hold keys to between Hyde Park and Sloane Square. Coach Boof has taught here for over ten years and comes to you. No court? His base at South Park in Fulham is fifteen minutes by car.
The courts in Knightsbridge
Knightsbridge tennis is played behind railings. The garden squares keep their courts for keyholders, and that is exactly where Boof Tennis started: a coach who turns up at your gate with the balls and a spare racket, so the court you already pay for gets used. If you hold keys or membership for any of these, Nick meets you there. If you hold none of them, the public options at the bottom are his.
Cadogan Place
The residents' garden courts between Sloane Street and Cadogan Place. Keyholders only, and the quietest place to learn in SW1.
Cadogan Square
A single court in the square garden off Pont Street. Book the court through the garden committee; Nick brings everything else.
Hans Place and Lennox Gardens
The smaller squares behind Harrods each keep a court for residents. If you have access, say so when you book.
Eaton Square & Belgrave Square
Five minutes east in Belgravia. Garden-square courts where Nick has coached families for years.
Hotel and residence courts
Boof Tennis works with concierge teams in Knightsbridge. If your building or hotel arranges a court, Nick coaches there.
Battersea Park
Across Chelsea Bridge. Council courts you can book by the hour, floodlit, with padel next door at the Millennium Arena.
South Park, Fulham
Nick's home base. Seven floodlit LTA courts, no membership, fifteen minutes by car or the 22 bus from Sloane Square. Read about South Park.
Lessons on your court
One to one
An hour, your pace, your goals. Nick brings the balls, a spare racket, and a plan that starts from how you actually play.
Families on the square
Individual lessons for children from age five, or up to four friends in one hour. The garden court is the best classroom there is: no crowd, no waiting for a turn.
Semi-private
Partners, friends, a parent and a teenager. Two share the hour and the cost, and leave with something to practise together.
How booking works
1. Pick a time
Choose from the free slots on the booking page and say which court you have, or that you need one. About a minute, no account.
2. Nick confirms
He confirms by email, usually the same day. If you need a court, he sorts one at South Park or Battersea Park. Nothing is charged until then.
3. Play
He arrives at your court with everything. Bring a racket if you have one; if not, say so.
